In my opinion this feature will be the first-rated source to enhance communication among readers and improvising the ranking system in Google. Currently, +1 button is being used for search. More precisely, informing Google.com that “this search result is the best for this keyword”. 'It is influential and Google wishes to incorporate such results into its search rankings.
But this is not that simple also. In fact, webmasters have very slight direct power over those who +1’d on their site. But for Google knowing that someone thinks this content to be useful is more important than finding who +1’d it.
