Google launches "AdWords Express" for Local Businesses

It’s very well-known information that Google is approaching to get a hold into the local advertisement arena. Subsequent to their huge offer to Groupon was refused in the previous year; Google made itself busy in creating “Google Offers,” a service that – was similar to Groupon. Moreover,
Google’s AdWords and Places have been near enough to launch with fresh attributes and targeting to local businesses, entirely with the anticipation of receiving a share in the local business ring.

Google’s latest up-to-the-minute product is Google AdWords Express, and it’s a trimmed edition of Google AdWords launched purposely for tiny local businesses.

Google AdWords Express

Instead of setting up full-fledged campaigns by the small business owners in Google AdWords, the Express version offers them with a speedier and easy alternative that needs a much less abrupt learning curve. The effortlessness is intended to attract the not so techno savvy local business men, so that they can also use the facility of search ad space and seek themselves on Google Maps. Most outstanding is the self management of the entire ad campaign. Reduce to bare bones (perhaps over-simplification) of the procedure for campaigners on the back-end; Google preserve all the fundamental details of the campaign once it gets underway.

In fact, this unchanged feature has been in the testing stage since October, knowing as Google Boost. From then, the procedure has been polished and Google now boast that it is ready to display ads in time of five minutes or less, though one should own a Google Places page. The ads on its own can get link to either your website or your Places page.
